Database Connectivity Features Simplify Complex Integration Workflows on the Platform
We use Workato mainly for connecting SharePoint with other SaaS tools and automating database-related tasks. Before Workato, a lot of this was done through manual scripts or one-off requests, so having a centralized platform to manage these integrations has made things noticeably smoother. It took our team a bit of time to get used to the recipe structure, but once we had a few working recipes in place, building new ones became much quicker. - Product Manager<50M USDTransportationReview Source
High Support Quality and Robust Issue Resolution Stand Out With Workato Platform
Workato as an application is fantastically capable, but Workato when discussed as a holistic service is exceptional - the level of support and interaction with the Workato team has been consistently high-level and has allowed us to deliver on improvements that I'm confident in stating we would not have been able to achieve without their assistance. - IT Associate1B-10B USDFinance (non-banking)Review Source
Workato Enables Fast Automation and Reliable Integration Despite Some Workflow Limitations
The platform has proven to be very easy to use by employees with varied technical backgrounds. Engineers are able to build complex workflows while users with lower technical knowledge are able to utilise the platform to automate simpler tasks. In the years we have used Workato, we have not noticed any instability or greater issues that would hinder our operations. It's been very reliable. - Product Manager10B+ USDRetailReview Source
Intuitive and scalable platform for enterprise data integration.
Workato has become a core part of our data integration infrastruucture. We use it to orchestrate workflows across multiple internal and external systems, and the platform has proven reliable even as our intergration volume scaled significantly. What impressed us most was how quickly our team - including members without deep intergration development backgrounds - could start building and deploying recipes. The built-in testing and monitoring capabilities gave us confidence throughout the intergration lifecycle, from initial development to production. Since adopting Workato, We've seen measurable improvements in users, which has been key to driving scalable automation across our organization. - It Associate1B-10B USDIT ServicesReview Source
Workato Simplifies Workflow Automation and Integration With Recipe-Based Approach
We've been using Workato to integrate systems like SAP, Kissflow, Slack etc,. With Connectors, it's pretty straightforward to set up basic data integrations. The recipe-based approach works well for building workflows, even for moderately complex logic. Event-driven flows are relatively easy to implement, and overall it doesn't take much effort to get things running. Testing, monitoring, and error handling are all in one place, which makes operations and troubleshooting easier. We've mainly used it for approval workflows, notifications, and doucument processing, and it definitely helps reduce manual work. There are some limitations when it comes to low-level customization, but for typical enterprise integration and automation use cases, it gets the job done.
