I like that everyone can work in the same document and I can see a full paper trail of what's been done. And the risk of typos is greatly minimized while using this platform

Workiva Platform is a very standard tool. I have nothing against it.

1. initial onboarding and learning curve can be steep 2. implentation timelines may be longer than expected 3. cost can be high compared to lighter-weight alternatives
