I would like to Xelix expand its product offerings to include solutions like credit recovery. That said, they are highly engaged with their user community, consistently soliciting feedback and leveraging insights from influential users, which gives me confidence their product suite will continue to evolve. My only real disappointment with the current offering is that I wish the reporting functionality were more dynamic and customizable to support varied reporting needs.
The software and automation is still evolving so it is not always perfect. Currently, the limited ability to customize workflows. Overall, the connection to our business system is using a flat file versus a more robust API connection.
Certain quality of life features will improve the software - the initial agentic AI responses to cases are generic, but you can see a vast improvement in responses from the integration to present.
