first thing, the succession planning module is super intuitive. second the visualization and the whole user experience, it really helps giving context to management. Third, the workflow builder is flexible enough to adapt any process or busines case you may have. it handles complexity at all levels

Reporting and dashboard customization are still maturing and we'd love more control over compliance mapping. But the product evolves fast and the team listens.
