Overall Comment:"The Zycus P2P solution has met the complex needs of our very diverse organization. The solution has proven to be flexible and adaptive to the trends that challenge the norm. They have continually demonstrated a customer-driven focus while at the same time evolving their solution to stay current with technological advancements in the P2P space (i.e. Generative AI, bots, apps, etc.). The Zycus group treats the customer relationship as a true partnership."

What do you like most about the product or service?

I appreciate the intuitive, easy-to-use nature of the product for both our day-to-day end users and our administrative team that supports the back end of the tool. Often, we are able to manage challenges that arise without having to involve additional support from within the Zycus organization due to the flexibility that is available to us in out of the box dashboards. Overall, the tool has improved efficiency across the entire P2P cycle within our organization.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

The Zycus team is very driven to stay focused on the ever-adapting landscape that technology is pressing into the supply chain culture. Though I realize the benefits that staying current can bring to us as their customer, it occasionally diminishes their priority to improve the current platform that is impacting us in the here and now.

If you could start over, what would your organization do differently?

I would rethink the way we structured our category codes and the GL mappings that are used throughout the tool. I would reconsider a using a more simplified overall structure

What one piece of advice would you give other prospective customers?

It was very beneficial for us to gather input from a variety of our business units prior to building out the tool. Bringing the Zycus team into these conversations early on helped them understand our diverse nature and develop a solution to meet all of those needs. If you have multiple locations using the tool, I recommend assigning champion users within each location to help facilitate the adoption of the tool locally.
