What do you like most about the product or service?

Stax Bill has an intuitive feel for its operational use. The dashboard overview is great at allowing for quick and easy access to business performance. The front-end interface with SalesForce allows for seamless Customer and Subscription setups. Stax Bill also has a great customer support group. They are quick to respond with knowledge and thoroughness whenever called upon.

Outgoing messaging is managed at a global customer level. There are times when it would be useful to be able to send targeted messaging to specific customers.
