Our Customer service can access the admin interface and manage users subscriptions without bothering engineers. Embedding chargebee UI in our application to allow users to cancel and book was really nice. Having a well documented API builds trust for engineers. There are a lot of integrations to sync to other 3rd party platforms
Getting help requires you to - talk to a chatbot (but you can write "human" to get a human quite quickly" - explain the issue to the human, hope its simple enough for them to resolve it - possibly wait for some time for follow up emails answering those questions - hope they offer a 1on1 call to resolve the problem together It would be nice to directly book 1on1 calls - I understand however that this filter is necessary to keep costs down.
