It provides a strong layer of security through two-factor authentication, which is for protecting sensitive information and systems. The token-based access, whether through a hardware token or mobile apps, is reliable and easy to use once set up."
The 2 factor authentication ensures that even if the passwords are compromised, unauthorized access is still blocked. Which is very dependable!
What I dislike most is the complexity involved in the initial set up and the token management. For new users, the onboarding process can be confusing. Especially when dealing with token activation, synchronization, or replacement.
