Drag and drop website builder, website and page templates, user-friendly interface, trusted and reliable brand
Although it's easy to use compared to alternatives, it's still got a bit of a learning curve. The interface has a lot, I mean a lot of buttons and features, which can be annoying when all you need is the website builder, making it hard to find what you need. But once you get used to it, it's pretty good. Other than that I haven't encountered anything to complain about.
