What do you like most about the product or service?

These firewalls to everything that I need them to. There isn't a situation where I don't see myself putting in a Sonicwall.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

They are great firewalls, but do have a bit of a learning curve. Once someone gets familiar with the GUI, it doesn't take long to be able to use them to their full extent.
