Overall Comment:"This product represents a very good and stable wired/wireless/VPN manager on the various endpoints that forms our fleet. It also helps to prevent unwanted access by making sure only postured / safe enpoints connect to the network."

What do you like most about the product or service?

We liked the cross-platform (OS) compatibility as it perfectly integrates with both Windows & MACOS. The built-in features also allow to perform posture assessments on end-devices and to match AAA server policies (ISE for example) to either accept or deny access to media. Finally, it can be a good replacement for native wireless network manager such as the Windows' one.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

Secure Client is not that easy to deploy and to use with ISE for example. Client can take some time to launch at (Windows) startup and there are some minor bugs as well, like in almost all Cisco's code, but nothing that bad. Also, there are lots of popups that can be a bit repetitive for end-users.
