Overall Comment:"Prophix is doing it right. Their customer service is outstanding. Multiple formats of resources are provided for the end user/administrator who prefers to trouble-shoot on their own. If that isn't you, they have a help desk that is accessed through a ticketing system. You can select the person you would like to work with and are provided their availability to schedule time. Response time to tickets is based on the severity of your need. We have been using this software system for five years and find it easy (compared to our last two systems) to use and maintain. Operations have access to the reports they need and are responsible for entering their own budgets and forecasts, freeing up time for the finance team to focus on other areas. System maintenance is very straight-forward and takes very little time to roll over to a new month or even a new year. You choose who you want as an Administrator in your company and they control access to the system. Users can be assigned roles with read only access and limited to certain divisions, departments, and even as low as account level. Reporting can be as robust or simple as you would like, the system can accommodate complex formulas. It is easier than ever to drill across to details, removing the need to dig deeper into your ERP. Annual conferences provide you with an opportunity to hear how other companies are using the system and also to provide you with a look into what is being worked on for the future. The company is very open to hearing what users would like to see in the tools."

- If you are a smaller sized team and you have limited time available to explore the system you might feel overwhelmed. - You don't know what you don't know. When implementing the system, you rely solely on the consultant to guide you.
