What do you like most about the product or service?

One of the best features is the data modelling flexibility, which enabled us to tailor the system to our specific business needs. Another interesting point is the possibility of defining business rules and validations to ensure data completeness and accuracy, which is really important for maintaining high quality of product data. Another point to not underestimate is the strong support and the community, Stibo offers a community board where a large numbers of users are daily talking about every question related to the product, exchanging opinions and asking for solutions. There is also a training academy where you can get knowledge of the product. Once per year there is a worldwide event full of presentations made by experts.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

First, there’s the learning curve, especially for new users or non-technical stakeholders. Even if the platform is powerful and highly configurable, this complexity can make onboarding and training time consuming. Additionally, some configurations and workflows require significant technical expertise or support from consultants. Lastly, the training content in the Academy could be improved.
