Overall Comment:"Oracle Cloud Procurement is a modern system that matches the technology of the times. I appreciate its ability to integrate with many of the other modules in the larger ERP. Our organization has been live for a few years now and are comfortable with its offerings and how it is working for us. We were able to set up our configuration somewhat similar to our old ERP and were for the most part able to fit our processes. For those that didn't quite fit, we were able to come up with good, creative solutions for our customers. "

What do you like most about the product or service?

I find it fairly easy to navigate and understand without much training. Workflow, which is important for our decentralized organization, is something we were able to configure to match our old processes. The move to RSSP I see as a positive with a much smoother layout and user experience, even though there are some areas where it is a step back from the current classic UI in terms of key functionality. I do appreciate the engagement from Oracle SMEs that we have been able to meet and the responsiveness with some of the challenges we have faced since implementation.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

There are a few different things we've found throughout our implementation that seem simple in nature but have been tough to explain to users as part of change management. Inability to customize search parameters (e.g., starts with vs. contains) or the number of clicks it sometimes takes to evaluate/update a multiple line requisition or the ability for decentralized users versus central buyers to take certain actions on change orders, have been topics that have come up. Much of this is due to our configurations but nonetheless are impactful to our users.
