What we like most about Fortinet Universal ZTNA is its seamless combination of security and usability. The product offers context aware access controls that adjust dynamically based on user, device and location which greatly enhances security without creating friction for end users. Its tight integration with Fortinet’s broader security ecosystem also provides unified visibility and centralized management, which simplifies operations for our IT team. Additionally, the scalability and flexibility of the solution allows us to support a distributed workforce and adapt quickly to business changes while sstill maintaining strong zero trust based protections. These features collectively make Fortinet ZTNA a highly effective and user centric security solution for our organization.

While our overall experience with Fortinet Universal ZTNA has been very positive, we have had a few issues with the One area where we see room for for improvement is the initial deployment and configuration process, which can be complex and may require a steep learning curve for teams unfamiliar with Fortinet’s ecosystem. More streamlined onboarding tools, clearer documentation or guided setup options could help accelerate time to value, especially for smaller IT teams. Additionally, real-time troubleshooting tools within the ZTNA interface could be more user friendly to assist with faster resolution of access issues when they arise.
