It has been stable since we implemented it, with only one hiccup that was resolved quickly.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

I wish it could serve as a password manager, too. I think the licensing should be 1 per user, but usable on more than one device (currently it takes a license for each device). I can't think of a third item.
