Overall Comment:"Of all the vendor relationships I have had, Omilia has been the most enjoyable to work with. The Omilia team always has an answer to questions I have regarding their platform. No ping pong for weeks. OCP is a challenge at times, but it also solves some very technical problem statements (i.e. looping API calls on an array of values) with ease. Other IVAs require additional scripting and often custom code. OCP does this while being a low-code environment that uses JavaScript for functions...no proprietary code. Lastly, Omilia appears to have excellent vision. Their roadmap is worthy of any company, and they have shown time and again they can convert. No pipe dreams..real results. "
Partnership: always willing to talk things out and brainstorm solutions. Honesty: Omilia has been forthcoming about what their product can and cannot do. This openness leaves opportunity for Omilia to continue to improve. Vision: a company needs vision to remain relevant, and Omilia should be relevant for decades to come.
Awareness: while the roadmap is great, there is a lack of insight into product releases. Location: Omilia is limited in their North American precense. Their support is limited during American business hours and often correspondence happens in the early hours due to their headquarters being in Greece. Maturity: frankly, the product is going to be great as it matures some more.
