Overall Comment:"From negotiation to deployment, it has been excellent; The support could be improved as till issues logged are escalated they are not looked at deeply to provide a viable solution. There are some constraints that need to be worked around but the product is continuously being developed and our point of contact for account care is a great help. "

The interface is slick, and the navigation is much more user friendly compared to some of the competition. The team is dedicated with customer success at heart but more importantly know their stuff well.

Very US market focused and though it has a lot of functionalities but still need some small functionalities like custom sort that makes day-to-day operations very smooth
