Overall Comment:"Vena has been great to improve our efficiency with financial reporting and budgeting/forecasting. The dashboard built by Vena for us has also been great for our team to see the results at a snapshot while also being able to drill/filter into details. The ability to build and adjust reports in Excel makes it very flexible. Implementation took longer than we expected and required a lot more data cleansing than we anticipated."
Automatically updating financial reports saves a lot of time each month. Budget templates with a workflow that can be directed to specific users have been great. Being able to continue to operate in excel had been a strength as well.
The account reconciliation process isn't quite as functional as some other tools, but as a relatively low cost add-on it gets it done. Learning how the reporting works took a little time but after working on some reports you pick it up. Our primary dashboard refresh time is a bit slow.
