It's intuitive, has a great customer success manager to support you on your journey, and detailed and comprehensive documentation.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

The solution process for S/4HANA needs to be uplifted, there's room for improvement in terms of the formatting, non-standard task size, missing labeling of gateways, missing labeling of sequence flow, the signal event does not allow it to be linked to another process etc. We hope that SAP Signavio would use their own AI unit to convert their S/4HANA solution process diagrams into well formatted BPMN diagrams.
