Overall Comment:"Overall Experience with Kissflow has been very Supportive and Positive. The KF platform has streamlined our workflows, improved Visibility and Reduced manual intervention. I want to highlight the Approval process which changed the entire manual process and for better reporting to track PPV's. Earlier we used to initiate reqeusts through emails and get 6-7 levels of approvals and followups for any requestor takes lot of time. "

What do you like most about the product or service?

1) Workflow Automation - This platform enables us to automate end to end processes with Minimal coding effect. We use this service for most of the Approval processes like PPV's, Inventory transfers, Shortages, NDA's, Buffer Qty agreement, Travel Approvals etc.. 2.User friendly and Intuitive Interface. Most of the team members require less time to use this product. This reduces training time and improves adoption across teams. I want to highlight this product during covid times. This product really helps us to run the supply chain of our company. We ran out of shortages and raised more than 100 to 200 PPV requests to cover the shortages. Each requests we need 4-7 approvals based on the PPV amount. This product really helps us to get the reporting based on the BU's , Commodity and with the PPV amounts for review with stakeholders. One of the best product in Workflow approval automation for Approval process.

What do you dislike most about the product or service?

1.Requires Advanced Analytics and Reporting Capabilities:- Require better Dashboard insights and Reporting features. 2.Smartsheet to Kissflow Integration Limitations.: 200 rows/trigger is very minimal 3. The attachment download option is not available to download all the files in a Zip file. 4. Workflow Automatic Trigger subject and body of the email content change is not available to change quickly. 5. Approval/Request view issue: The approval or request view does not always update automatically based on the workflow level, which can make the interface look inconsistent at times.
