The thing I value most is the SmartFactor Authentication. It's been a massive help in reducing MFA fatigue across our office because it uses risk-based scoring to decide when to challenge a user. If someone is on a trusted network and a known device, it lets them through smoothly, but it tightens up immediately if it detects a login from a new location. It's one of the few security features that has made our end users happier while also making our security posture stronger. I also found the initial setup of the standard SaaS connectors to be very efficient, we were able to get our primary apps like Slack and Zoom integrated in just a few minutes.
