OpenText AM is a robust and mature identity and access management solution with strong capabilities across authentication, access control and orchestration. It performs well in complex enterprise environments and offers a high degree of flexibility and customization. However, some areas such as SSO experience, service resilience and overall usability could be improved to better align with modern expectations.
