The product itself works pretty well.  General SAML and OAuth integrations work pretty well.  However, their business practices have really changed for the worst over the past couple years.  After ending our relationship with SecureAuth, their legal team has come back for claims of licensing overages from past renewals without previously discussing true-up needs.
