The setup and configuration of this software is a bit tricky, and takes a little bit to wrap your head around and can be a bit flaky at times.  That being said when it comes to managing users accessing your network or whatnot it is a great piece of software that is easy to manage.  It is worth noting that their helpdesk is also sub par.
