The thing I like the most about using the Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP) is that it has document capture that can last for many years. In my experience, we can still retrieve documents attached today, even if they were placed in 2021. It can also generate invoice and credit memo copies for invoice processing. It can connect to different applications like HRC (Highradius) and Billtrust for invoice processing.

Takes a bit of time to set up reimbursement accounts for staff who don't often utilize the program, the payment submission dashboard often times out and has weird error messages, and the system can be cumbersome to learn as it offers so many features.
