The product is good, however the flexibility in terms of the contract is not ideal for smaller companies that only have a couple entities on NetSuite and the rest on other ERPs.

I rated Oracle NetSuite ERP the way I did because it's strong, all-in-one cloud ERP that brings together financials, inventory, CRM, e-commerce, and more under a single platform. Its scalability, global capabilities, and real-time visibility make it a solid solution for companies that are growing or managing complex operations. At the same time, the system demands a significant investment in set-up, customization, and ongoing maintenance. This combination of powerful tools and high complexity is what shaped my overall rating.
