Their discovery when we first met them. The team did an amazing needs assessment without being pushy. We walked away with a sense of the immediate need (reporting platform managed services) and over the years we were able to bring on additional services as our business and relationship evolved. We are just scratching the surface with the capabilities available to us--their new Celeste capability looks to be a game changer.

I don't like that some of the retailers report on things differently so it's hard to have consistency across the board.
