My most favorite feature is the user interface. You can organize work in rows and columns like a spreadsheet, but I also love switching to different views like calendars or dashboards. I use the calendar view to track PTOs for my team, it makes collaboration simple allowing everyone on my team to see updates in real time. An additional feature being used is the automated workflows to send reminders to the assignees. That reduced a ton of time on manual follow-ups.

Having to pay for further upgrades. Memberships are limited and contacting someone from Smartsheet support proved harder than expected
