What I like most about the Agentforce is that it lives natively inside the Salesforce ecosystem, so there's no need for external data syncs or needing to procure a product from a different vendor. Additionally, the low-code agent builder provide a very simple drag and drop UI for those who aren't AI engineers by trade.

Complex customizations in enterprise solutions may be overwhelming for AI agent to resolve. Hence the initial phase requires support from the vendor team.
