Documentation is not great. As a Chinese provider, the English docs were sometimes not worded correctly or had grammatical mistakes. Rough translations so it wasn't smooth. The UI also has some rough edges, nothing too game breaking or deal breaker, but something to note. Some members in my team needed hand holding. Also, due to regional restrictions, we had limited number of models to choose from.
