The low-code recording feature is what really stands out for me. Usually, 'recorder' tools generate messy code, but CRT produces remarkably clean scripts that actually work across different sandboxes without constant tweaking. It has significantly reduced the time I spend on repetitive regression testing, especially for our core end-to-end flows. I also appreciate how easily it integrates with our deployment pipeline being able to see a test result directly on a user story before a promotion gives the whole team a lot more confidence in the release.

Support can be frustrating as they don't always seem to have the best knowledge on the product.
