User friendly and easy to get started with. AI capabilities like auto detection of objects and self-healing are great additions. Its very cost effective compared to other out in the market with less support and features.

The very first thing is using VBScript which is obsolete compared to modern languages like Python. The platform feels heavy and slow and looks like it is not designed for modern DevOps pipelines. The licensing cost is significantly high in my opinion.
