Codeless, 'lego-block' style of building the tests mankes maintenance much easier compared script based tools. When an element's attribute changes, attribute weighted approach will consider the best match to find the element, if that fails, manually need to update it once, and it reflects everywhere. Capture is an excellent tool for recording business processes from the SMEs and automatically turning them to documented test assets, saving weeks of manual documentation and contributing to automation as well.

Clunky process to create applications for Web automation. Frequent occurrence of errors within the tool which are not adequately explained by error messages. Long delays during process debugging when attempting to repeat a step. Application goes non-responsive in Windows.
