The AI based help using copilot lets you have a helping hand while determining the initial setup with third party logs such as Google or AWS to correlate logs and what labels are suggested to be applied to which logs. I was amazed when I was investigating the logs and it displayed anomalous patterns based on user / device or host activity across the platform. This also hides sensitive data from being displayed openly on the platform to any user unless authorized. We can also see other compliance settings applied such as applied to private the usernames (scrambled names) vs actual usernames

It can be hard to use when there are errors and it's unclear why. However, I am not even sure if that is a Microsoft problem (as in, the agent 365 center doesn't obtain the status) or if the agent itself doesn't submit its status or error code correctly.
