The AI-powered skill inference engine is one of the most impressive features of 365Talents -- the platform automatically suggests relevant skills based on an employee's job title, experience and profile information, which significantly reduces time spent searching. The AI-driven career pathing feature has been a standout capability for our employees -- the platform analyzes an employee's current skills, experience, and career interests and then recommends personalized career paths within the organization. The employee-facing interface is intuitive and engaging -- the profile building experience feels more like a professional networking platform than a traditional HR system which has encouraged higher employee adoption rates compared to previous HR tools we have used.

It is a useful platform but the recommendations are sometimes too broad or it is not fully aligned with my current role and career interest.
