It's a cloud-based tool and you can access files remotely and other feather like appointment scheduling form, e-signing communication and bill payment through a clint portal are highly valued.

The challenge is in optimizing the features to each clients unique workflow. With a wide-range of customization, the system can be tailored differently for each firm's specific operational workflow, and it is challenging and time-consuming to grasp these differences for each client.
