I've been working with this vendor as a DataRobot user since the POC request in 2019. Over the past seven years, the product and the people in charge have changed dramatically, and there have been some confusions during the transitional period due to differences in approaches from each person in charge and changes in the product's direction, but overall I'm satisfied because they have generally responded carefully and corrected course as necessary.

高機能であり、使いこなせれば便利なサービスであると認識しているが、日本語での説明やハンズオンが不足しており、機能を使いこなすにいたっていない。

It is a highly functional service and is recognized as being convenient if one can master it, but there is a lack of explanations and hands-on sessions in Japanese, and it is not yet possible to master the functions.
