What I like most about PBI is how effectively it supports demand planning by turning large, multi-channel datasets into clear, interactive dashboards. It allows me to quickly analyze forecast accuracy, attainment, customer trends, and SKU performance without spending hours manipulating data. Automated refreshes ensure we are always looking at the latest orders and shipment signals and features like drill downs and DAX calculations make it easy to identify variances, root causes, and opportunities. PBI has significantly improved visibility, alignment and decision making across our demand planning and commercial teams
