I have seen this product evolve over the last 12 years and it has become extremely user friendly, easy to understand the data & the communication with Diver team is by far the best! Diver makes creating reports easy as well as versatile with different layouts and research capabilities. I love that I have the same view and there is not a lot of different places to go to get to my reports. This familiarity makes it very easy to navigate for quick questions or research as well.

MS DOS look to it gives an automatic pause from people. The perception is outdated when you look at it.
