1) Modeling...specifically the ease of integrating Python and R scripts into ETL models. 2) Support...As stated above, the team has been incredible thus far. Truly one of the most helpful vendors I've ever worked with. 3) Overall flexibility...Can pretty much make it into whatever I need for the various use cases we have come up. We're in a bit of a unique space so there are few packaged options that fit us.

- Creation of dashboard is not very easy, it can take time to learn how to create a fully functioning dashboard. - Similarly, data preparation and model setup also has a considerable learning curve. - Performance can lag for large or complex data models. Sometimes loading cubes or queries can be very slow and even fail/timeout sometimes.
