The Tyk API Gateway and associated software suite is a highly malleable, reliable, and performant product. Their Multi-Datacenter Bridge product offering is has been a great boon for us to exponentially increase the resiliency of our gateways and we are very happy with it thus far. The new focus on implementing the OpenAPI Specification as a non-proprietary way of configuring APIs brings exciting opportunities for implementations and synergies within my organization.

dislikes

Plugin management was a bit problematic. Also, the overall deployment process requires improvement. Some improvements made earlier were specific to the OS whereas it requires building each separately.
