Overall experience has been very positive. I was working as a consultant in the year 2021 - where i got to know about WSO2 API Platform , and i was so impressed by this product. Integration having this product as an intermediary is awesome. This product is very useful, if an instance has many integrations in a platform, its very tough to maintain and govern it. SO WSO2 platform make it easy , mapping of fields is so easy, relaible . As an integration expert we all know how tough it is to handle mapping of fields in an integration . That's where WSO2 makes our life easier. Attachment handling is better.

Overall experience has been very positive. We have done a implementation of ebonding between 2 servicenow instances. One servicenow instance was a shared services domain separated and client moved from domain separated to their own standalone instance . However the client didnt wanted to stop the tickets creation in shared instance so the requirement of ebonding came between these instances. While doing ebonding we used WSo2 Api and use was very seamless . What a minute level of mapping of the fields were done . I was amazed to see the attachement API working so perfectly. No words to express the level of detail easy to use . I would recommend WSO2 API to everyone to keep the instance secure and mapping of fields intact , no surprises.
