Dashboard experience: The most impressive part of Cequence is how they've unified API Sentinel (for discovery/posture) and API Spartan (for bot mitigation) into a single dashboard. Instead of jumping between tabs, I can see our total API footprint, shadow APIs and active bot attacks in one view. Threat classification: I love the ML-based classification that breaks down traffic into categories like Account Takeover or Scraping rather than just generic Bot labels. Customer Support Team: Many security tools are set it and forget it, but Cequence is different. Their support team acts as a proactive partner. We've had regular syncs where they help us analyze new traffic patterns and fine-tune our API Spartan policies to stay ahead of re-tooling bots. You aren't just talking to a generalist help desk. Their engineers understand API architecture and the nuances of credential stuffing. When we had a complex integration issue with our NGINX ingress, their team was in the trenches with us until it was resolved.
