What I like most is how easy it is to integrate and scale without worrying about infrastructure. The platform handles traffic efficiently at the edge, improves performance globally, and provides strong built-in security features. This allows us to focus more on product development rather than managing API infrastructure.

Enterprise tier level paywall for features. Things like timeout customisation aren't available on all plans. Reporting latency is not real-time, making things harder to debug in real-time. Sequence analitics like detecting a skipped step isn't available on all plans.
