I really like the usability of the product! And the way the results are displayed, they have several different charts and the responses are very well organized, and we are able to export the results.

The prototyping and survey features have less developed functionality compared to the tools that specialize in these methods in the market. Although OW offers these features, they lack some critical functionality such as a variety of survey logic that would be necessary for more advanced research. The basic feature set could satisfy non-research teams who conduct quicker or lower confidence surveys/studies, especially given the all-in-one offering with multiple methods and a recruitment path. OW also works well for teams who are starting up their research practice or have straightforward research requests, but may need to look elsewhere as research maturity evolves, requiring more specific features.
