It's an ok product that is over sold.  Very pretty and flashy, but a lot of that needs to be disabled to not overload it.  Each OS upgrade comes with bugs.  Has not been a good experience so far with the VMWare folks.

Great flexibility but riddled with bugs.  The ability to expand the environment along with it's integration with other VMware solutions helps provide a better overall solution to our environment.
