Automatic Security blocking based on rules to help keep our network and customers safe. Implementation was easy and fast. The product works out of the box and then you can take it where you need with customizations and specific rules to the environment it is used in. Support is top tier. Friendly and knowledgeable people. Their systems keep someone always on the issue until resolution. They appear to work well internally between departments and are committed to updating software to the needs of the customers should something not currently be supported. They are also understanding that not everyone is an expert with the appliance and help with getting resolution implemented. They really dig into issues to get to a resolution.
