The strengths are: 1- a stable environment, 2- fast implementation and deployment, 3- easy scaling and high availability.

dislikes
The EAP version is slow in supporting new EE standards and the roadmap in not well documented or followed. RedHat could provide better support and professional services. The free(!) OSS community is often on pair with the paid services. The WildFly version is however very forward in architecture and despite being a bit experimental it is so stable it can be utilised in production.
