You may pay $X a year for premium support and use it once every 2 years: you won't have any. Your database crashes ? Too bad. Want to run a pentest? No. You forget to pay an invoice, which would be hidden in an obscure Salesforce (the owner of Heroku) interface that you don't have access to, and your service is cut without anyone emailing or calling you beforehand. And cannot be properly restored.
